A quiet moment of reflection for a Dipper in Dowles

Mick Farmer was fortunate enough to not only observe but also photograph this Dipper (Cinclus cinclus) in Dowles Brook in early May.
It’s always a thrill to see Dippers in Wyre Forest, especially along Dowles Brook. Hopefully this individual will be one of a successful breeding pair with a healthy brood somewhere nearby.
